The hotel location was quite convenient for my city trip. the room was also reasonably clean, and the bathroom was tidy. the hotel provided free Wi-Fi access which was helpful for me to stay connected with family and friends back home.
The staff was not very friendly, and their customer service was not up to par. They seemed to be disinterested in offering any help or advice.
